The Chocolate Museum celebrates historic innovation and tells the story of candy-making in St. Stephen. Ganong introduced many Canadian confectionary firsts: Delecto boxed chocolates, Chocolate Nut Bars, Heart-Shaped Boxes, and Ganong Original Chicken Bones.

We are located in the original Ganong Factory, the museum is situated in the corner down the way from the Ganong Chocolatier.

Parking is available at the museum or at one of the many nearby lots throughout downtown St. Stephen. Our entrance is wheelchair accessible.
